We distribute hand-picked tea blends in multiple weight variations. Prices are calculated dynamically based on package selection. We reserve the right to alter pricing catalogs, threshold notifications, or product details without prior warning.
All credit card or virtual wallet checkouts are processed via simulating payment gateways (e.g., Simulated Razorpay). By initiating a transaction, you certify that all input credentials are accurate and authorized. A formal GST-inclusive Tax Invoice is generated for every completed dispatch.
Since tea is a fresh agricultural product, orders cannot be returned or refunded once shipping clearance is completed, except in cases where packages arrive damaged or incorrect items are delivered.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising from services rendered will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
